I decided since retirement was close it was time to get another Harley. I saw my Softail on the internet and contacted Sarah about a test ride. When I arrived from Cedar Falls she had everything ready to go. My experience was outstanding. I had a couple of small items that needed looked at and when I arrived to pick the bike up everything was taken care of. It had an outstanding detail job, was gassed up and ready to go. If you want a first rate Harley dealer go to Earnie's, you won't be dissapointed.

"well i seen a 2008 harley flht ( fire dept ) bike on the algona website and since my bike was at the shop from a break down i decided i wanted to look at it drove there on sept 2nd to see it and they told me it was in Okoboji location..My girlfriend and i rode our repaired 2004 Honda 1300 to okoboji on sept 5th her birthday (ha ha ) once i seen the bike and test drove it.. She and I agreed we needed it Todd was very helpful at getting everything done to it that we asked to have done .. we bought it that day and also got our wedding rings there .. was an awesome day for us both the staff there was GREAT very friendly and helpful.. we we're in invited to take part of the VIP (Grab the Gem party) where she picked the 1/4ct diamond out for the engagement ring we have now bought from them the rest of our GREAT experiences from them you will just have to ask US when you seen us on our beautiful red fire dept bike...THANK YOU OKOBOJI STAFF !!!"

"If all HD dealerships and employees are like Ernie's, then the metric bike world may be doomed. These folks are the best: helpful, courteous, and patient. I can be a hard sell, yet they never grew tired of me showing up at their showroom week after week, bugging them with question after question. They always had a pleasant greeting for me, took time to answer questions, and never once pressured a sale. That kind of customer treatment is pretty impressive to a guy who never bought a bike from them before. Shoot, I had never set foot in their place before, yet they treated me like a valued long time customer! Well, thanks to a great product from HD and the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Ernie's, I am now officially a Harley Davidson convert! After 12 metric bikes, lucky #13 is a 2011 Street Glide. If this bike performs as well as their staff, then I'll be happy. Seriously, if you take the time to read any of these testimonials, then take the time to drive to Ernie's HD in Algona. "I've been riding Harleys for several years and have never had the opportunity to buy a NEW Harley. We stop at Ernies and Okoboji whenever we are in Algona or Okoboji. I saw the new White Hot Denim Street Glide and knew it was going to be mine. Dealing on a new bike with Jason @ Okoboji was simple and fun. He knew his stuff and treated me like a queen.
